這一話的開頭是這樣的：
15年前，某個王國發生500名士兵被海賊挾持事件，海賊船長以人質要脅王國交出政權。
而當某王國幾乎要屈服時，世界政府派出一名少年前入海賊基地，將500名人質全部殺死！
少年背對海賊站在血留成河的屍山上。
憤怒的海賊開始對少年發動砲擊，少年從容不迫的通過烈焰，砍下海賊船長的腦袋，平息這一事件。
當時13歲的他隸屬於CP9，專門執行「不為人知的正義」。
